Stage builder - temporary-to-permanent/permanent contract

360 Events

360 Events is a close-knit group of hard workers. We are a motivated and growing team, known for our personal approach, quality and flexibility.

360 Events mainly operates in construction and stagebuilding across Europe. From small events to major festivals, we build stages, lighting towers, entrance gates, VIP decks, staircases and much more. But we would not be 360 Events without a few extras. We also design complete sports and Playground areas with slides, climbing courses and Tubing tracks.

Curious to find out what all this involves? Take a look at our website and social media channels.

We work hard and never shy away from a challenge. We are looking for someone who wants to help build the future of 360 Events and grow with us.

Your responsibilities

  • You will help with the setup and dismantling of Layher structures, stages and roofs.
  • You will help load and unload equipment.
  • We will teach you all the tricks of the trade! Before long, you will be building scaffolding like a pro!
  • If you are comfortable working at height, you can of course join us up there.
  • You will work long days, but as part of a fantastic team!
  • It is hard work, but we do everything we can to make it enjoyable and rewarding.
  • A category CE driving licence is a major advantage.

Your profile

  • Experienced scaffolding erectors and newcomers are both more than welcome! You MUST be 18 or older!
  • You keep your word. In other words, we can count on you!
  • You are eager to learn all the tricks of the trade.
  • You love working outdoors. Wind and weather do not put you off. (That means pouring rain, 35 degrees in the sun, ...)
  • You are a team player. You will join a small team where everyone works closely together and takes on a variety of tasks.
  • You are resourceful. We will of course support you where needed, but we expect you to take initiative and work independently.
  • You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality. At times, we work much longer hours. Weekend work is also part of the job during the high season, and we occasionally work at night.
  • Ideally, you will have relevant certificates, such as a forklift certificate, but this is not essential.
  • Antwerp based (Antwerp province).
  • Last but not least, you must have a category B driving licence.
  • Other driving licence categories are an advantage.

What we offer

  • A contract for those looking for a permanent job. You will first complete a trial period so that both sides can determine whether the job suits you and, more importantly, whether we are a good fit.
  • A friendly, close-knit team. There will be times when it takes blood, sweat and tears to meet certain deadlines, but the team's drive and positive attitude more than make up for it!
  • A challenging job that takes you to impressive projects and locations.
  • The opportunity to progress to team leader or project manager.
  • A flexible working environment where your views are heard and where you can grow in your role over the coming years.
Salary

Pay based on your experience and knowledge. A permanent position also includes additional benefits.
