Project Manager

360 Events

360 Events is a close-knit team of hard workers. We are a motivated and growing team, known for our personal approach, quality and flexibility.

360 Events mainly specialises in construction and stagebuilding. At both small-scale events and major festivals, we build stages, towers, bridges, entrance gates, VIP decks, stairs and much more. But 360 Events would not be 360 Events without a few extras. We also design complete sports areas and Playgrounds with slides, climbing courses and Tubing tracks.

Curious to find out what all this involves? Take a look at our website and social media channels.

We are looking for someone who wants to help 360 Events grow further.

Your responsibilities

  • You are the customer's first point of contact. You handle incoming calls and emails.
  • You bring in new projects through cold and warm prospecting.
  • You process incoming enquiries.
  • You identify the customer's needs, brief the design department, prepare the relevant calculations and send the customer a tailored quote. You follow up each project closely until the contract is signed.
  • Your colleague in operations then takes over to arrange all practical matters. You will, of course, continue to maintain excellent contact with the customer to build a strong relationship, including after-sales support.
  • You keep our database up to date with the necessary information about customers and projects on a daily basis.
  • You generate work for the winter period and develop the relevant concepts.
  • You see expanding into international markets as an exciting challenge.
  • You help prepare budgets and the relevant targets.

Your profile

  • You are a confident salesperson, but not a smooth talker. Honesty and quality are what we stand for.
  • You enjoy a challenge and take a proactive approach.
  • You are not satisfied until the deal is done.
  • You know that picking up the phone is still the quickest way to get results.
  • We are looking for a creative problem-solver. Winning over customers can take time, and you will need to be creative to generate revenue during the winter.
  • You are resourceful. We will, of course, support you, but we expect you to take initiative and work independently.
  • Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience in the sector. No experience yet? We recommend joining our on-site teams a few times to learn more about what you will be selling.
  • You are also accurate and have strong administrative skills. The emphasis is, of course, on your sales abilities, but both are essential in this role. Would you describe yourself as disorganised? Then, unfortunately, this is not the right match.
  • Others describe you as a team player. You will join a small team in which everyone works closely together.
  • We are looking for someone with an excellent spoken and written command of Dutch, English and French. After all, you will be exploring international markets. Other languages are an advantage.
  • You do not have a 9 to 5 mentality. We aim to work office hours, but you will need to be flexible during the peak season.
  • Based in Antwerp (province of Antwerp).
  • Last but not least, you must have a category B driving licence.

What we offer

  • A temporary contract with the possibility of a permanent position. Start date to be agreed.
  • You will join a friendly, close-knit team.
  • A flexible working environment where your views are heard and where you can grow in the years ahead.
Salary

Salary based on experience and knowledge. A permanent position also includes additional benefits.
