Rent a stage from 360 Events.

A stage must suit the location, artists, technical requirements and schedule.

360 Events builds stages and temporary event structures in Belgium and far beyond. From compact stages and mobile stages to festival stages and fully custom-built stages. We manage the entire process, from technical advice and transport to setup and dismantling.

Not sure yet which stage you need? Tell us what you are organising, where it will take place and what technical equipment is planned. We will find the right structure or combination of structures.

Which stage would you like to rent?

Rent a concert roof

A concert roof is suitable for concerts, festivals, city celebrations and other productions where artists and technical equipment need protection. The roof structure provides space for lighting, sound equipment, video screens, drapes and scenery. Our range extends from compact stage roofs to large main stages.

Rent a mobile stage

Lion and Papillon are each transported to the location largely as a single unit and completed on site. This allows for a quick setup without compromising technical capacity. With a clearance of up to 8 metres and a high rigging capacity, our mobile stages are also suitable for larger productions.

Custom-built stage

Not every production fits a standard model. Using stagebuilding and scaffolding, we build structures around the location, design and technical requirements of the event. From unconventional stage shapes to structures that connect to existing infrastructure.

How do you choose the right stage?

A stage that looks large enough is not necessarily suitable.

Three factors to consider:

Stage area

Allow enough space for artists, backline, monitors, scenery, technical equipment and a clear working area.

Clearance

The clearance between the stage floor and roof determines how much space is available for lighting, line arrays, video screens and other equipment.

Rigging capacity

Lighting, PA systems, truss, LED screens and scenery can add up to a considerable weight. It is therefore best to ask your technical suppliers for the actual weight of their equipment.

Do you have a rider or stage plan? Send it to us. It will help us quickly determine which stages meet the technical requirements.

How much does it cost to rent a stage?

The price depends on the structure, location, rental period, transport, crew and technical requirements.

A compact stage requires different preparation from a festival main stage or custom-built structure. That is why we provide tailored quotes rather than general starting prices.

Do you not have all the technical information yet? We can get started with a date, location and type of event.

Safety and stability.

Our crew members hold VCA Basic or VOL certification and the necessary certificates to operate our equipment safely.

For more complex Layher and custom-built structures, we can provide stability studies and technical reports when required for inspections, insurance or permits.

Weather conditions are also taken into account during technical preparations.

Need more than a stage?

In addition to stages, we also build the temporary infrastructure around them.

Around the stage

Wings, backstage structures, catwalks, front of house, delay towers, PA towers, loading docks and ramps can be designed and built together with the stage. This ensures that heights, dimensions and technical connections are properly aligned from the outset.

Event infrastructure

We also build stairs, ramps, bridges, entrance gates, grandstands, floors, VIP decks, camera decks, technical towers and temporary platforms. Thanks to modular Layher structures, we can adapt virtually any solution to the location and its intended use.

Playground

With Playground, we build temporary play and activation zones for all kinds of events and occasions. These can include slides, tubing, climbing nets, freerunning, zip lines, obstacle runs and climbing structures, either individually or combined into one larger zone.

Preparing your event?

Do you already have plans and exact dimensions? Great.

Do you currently only have a date, location and an idea of what you want to organise? We can start with that just as easily.

Tell us what needs to be done. We will determine which stage and event structure is the best technical fit for the production.

How much does it cost to rent a stage?

The price of renting a stage depends on its dimensions, whether you need a mobile stage or concert roof, the rental period and the location.

We aim to contact you within 24u with a tailored price.

What is the difference between a mobile stage, a custom-built stage and a concert roof?

A mobile stage is a stage built onto a trailer that can be unfolded hydraulically in just a few hours, making it quick to deploy for all kinds of productions. A custom-built stage is assembled on site using a Layher structure and can be fully configured in terms of height, dimensions and shape.

Do you also need a roof, for example for a headline act or in case of unpredictable weather? We can combine the stage with one of our concert roofs, with a stage area and rigging capacity tailored to your production.

How quickly will I receive a quote?

For standard enquiries, you will receive a price estimate within 24 hours on working days.

For custom-built projects, we arrange a short consultation and provide a 3D drawing within a few working days, followed by a detailed quote.

In which provinces does 360 Events rent out stages?

We rent out stages in all Belgian provinces: Antwerp, Limburg, East Flanders, West Flanders, Flemish Brabant, Brussels, Hainaut, Liège, Luxembourg, Namur and Walloon Brabant.
Our main service area is the Benelux. For international productions, we operate an extensive fleet of trucks.

Do you also take on last-minute jobs?

Yes, absolutely. Call +32 492 50 41 91. We will immediately see what is possible.

What certifications does your team hold?

All crew members hold either a VCA Basic or VCA VOL certificate, as well as the required driving licences and other certifications.

Which concert roofs do you rent?

We have more than 30 concert roofs in stock. We will recommend the right size based on your requirements and criteria.

Do you also rent infrastructure such as towers, stairs and bridges?

Yes. This includes grandstands, FOH towers, delay towers, camera decks, VIP decks and more for all kinds of events.

Do you also work on small events, or only festivals?

Both. Our projects range from the smallest celebrations to festival main stages and large-scale events.
No project is too small or too large.

Do you also provide structural stability calculations and reports?

Stability calculations and reports are not included as standard with a rental structure, but are available on request, for example for complex Layher structures or when required by the site or permit application.

This ensures you have a complete file for your event when needed.
